  • The Core needs to assess the device to determine whether just a glass replacement is possible or full display assembly replacement is required
  • If the glass/screen is shattered near home button/Face ID (Front camera) area, functionality of touch ID/Face ID may compromise due to the damage during/after the fix. That can only be tested once repair is completed.
  • If The Core receives the device in ‘Not turning on’/ ‘NSOL’ condition, all functions can only be tested once repair is completed.
  • If our technicians encounter any other damages other than stated at the time of booking, we might contact you with revised repair quote.
